PSI Pavements was commissioned to complete a factory floor refurbishment project at Melrose Park in Adelaide, South Australia. Our team was engaged to remove and replace the existing 200mm concrete floor, which involved precise cutting, demolition, and disposal of the old surface.

A new high-performance commercial concrete floor was then constructed, featuring two layers of reinforcing mesh and a 180mm-thick concrete pour, to ensure outstanding durability and load-bearing capacity. The project was finished with the application of a curing agent, which further hardens the surface, followed by the cutting of expansion joints.

The result is a robust, long-lasting industrial floor surface designed to meet the demanding needs of commercial operations.
